Painting Poles & Trees on Korthalsweg: Road Safety

The dancing and modeling pearls is a group of 15 young modelers and dancers who is excited to take part in Statia Doet for the first time in celebration of 10 years. The bottom section of the light poles and trees is usually painted white in order to make them visible for drivers to ensure their safety on the stretch. However, this has not been done for quite some time and they are all faded. The pearlies camp would like to repaint all the poles and give them some life, which will enhance the beauty on the Korthalsweg and make all the poles visible to drivers, which contributes to their safety. This is also a great team-building activity for our pearlies and volunteers.
